The main parts of the self-balancing high-pressure boiler electric feed water pump are shaft, shaft sleeve, water inlet section, impeller, sealing ring, middle section, water outlet section, balance ring, balance plate, and tail cover.

1. The inlet section, middle section, outlet section and tail cover are all made of cast iron, which together form the working chamber of the pump.

2. The impeller of the high-pressure electric feedwater pump is made of cast iron, with blades inside, and the liquid enters on one side along the axial direction. Because the impeller of the multi-stage pump is pressured differently before and after, there must be an axial force, which is borne by the balance plate , The impeller undergoes a static balance test when it is manufactured.

3. The shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel, with an impeller in the middle, and is fixed on the shaft with a key, a shaft sleeve and a shaft sleeve nut. A coupling part is installed at one end of the shaft, which is directly connected to the motor. When viewed from the direction of rotation, the pump shaft rotates in the clockwise direction.

4. The sealing ring is made of cast iron to prevent the high-pressure water in the pump from leaking back into the water inlet part. They are respectively fixed in the inlet section and the middle section of the chemical pump. They are vulnerable parts and can be replaced with spare parts after wear.

5. The balance ring of the boiler's multi-stage electric feedwater pump is made of cast iron and fixed on the water outlet section. It forms a balance device with the balance plate.

6. The balance plate is made of wear-resistant cast iron and is mounted on the shaft between the water outlet section and the tail cover to balance the axial force.

7. The shaft sleeve of the self-balancing high-pressure electric feedwater pump is made of ductile iron and is located at the two packing chambers. The centrifugal pump is used to fix the impeller and protect the pump shaft. It is a vulnerable part and can be replaced with spare parts after wear.

8. The bearing is a single-row radial ball bearing, which is lubricated with calcium-based butter.
