In chemical or petrochemical production, the pump works under high temperature, low temperature (or ultra low temperature), high pressure, flammable, explosive, toxic and corrosive medium, and some are still high inlet pressure, high lift, high viscosity, small flow, Working under high cavitation conditions puts very stringent requirements on the performance of chemical pumps, especially for corrosion resistance, leakage (for toxic media) and wear resistance. In order to meet the special requirements of chemical production, special chemical pumps are also produced in the chemical industry, such as plastic pumps, glass pumps, ceramic pumps, graphite pumps, shield pumps, magnetic pumps, and impurity pumps. The mediums to be transported during the production of phosphate fertilizer mainly include phosphate rock slurry, phosphoric acid slurry, various filtrates, concentrated phosphoric acid phosphoric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, dilute sulfuric acid and fluorosilicic acid. The pump is highly susceptible to corrosion or corrosion of the medium and erosion.

2. The pump body and the bearing frame are connected by the intermediate connecting section. According to different working conditions, the intermediate connecting section can adopt different materials to avoid serious corrosion of the bearing frame and bearing when conveying strong corrosive medium. At the same time, the intermediate connecting section is provided with a water-cooling chamber, which cools the circulating water, and blocks the high-temperature medium to transfer the high temperature to the bearing.
3, the sealing form can be filled with packing, single and double mechanical seals, and assembled single-end mechanical seals. According to different situations and user requirements for cooling and rinsing, the seal can be selected from the case according to API682 design specifications.
4. The bearing frame is designed with three types: air-cooled heat sink, air-cooled fan and water-cooled cavity. Users can choose according to the working conditions. The bearing is lubricated by the oil ring from the oil tank. The oil in the oil tank is cooled by the water in the water cooling chamber, and the heat in the bearing is taken away by the cold water to ensure that the bearing is in normal working condition at any time.
