After the suction and delivery pipes of the centrifugal pump of the horizontal centrifugal multistage pump are connected (as far as possible) straight, the joint surface between the centrifugal water pump and the pipeline should be ensured good air tightness, especially the water inlet pipeline, which must be strictly guaranteed There should be no leakage of water, and there should be no possibility of trapping air on the device.
Note: The suction pipe of the centrifugal pump should be installed separately for each centrifugal pump, and the pipeline of the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump should be as short as possible, and the number of elbows should be small to avoid sudden turns. The elbows and connecting pipes should be 90° or more, and bend. The location should be as smooth as possible and not too close to the inlet of the centrifugal water pump; the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump should be installed with a slight downward slope against the direction of the water flow to prevent air pockets. It is best to use a tapered eccentric reducer.
When installing the centrifugal pump pipeline, especially the inlet pipeline, the pipeline welding slag, rust and dirt should be removed. The inlet and outlet pipes of the centrifugal water pump should be fixed with brackets, and the flange of the water pump should not be broken by excessive tension, and the vibration of the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump caused by the vibration of the water pump pipe should also be avoided.
Flexible joints should be installed on the inlet and outlet pipes of the water pump to reduce the impact of pipe stress on the water pump and reduce the vibration transmission between the pump and the pipe.
