Points to note when maintaining submersible pumps
Points to note when maintaining submersible pumps
Pay attention to the following aspects when maintaining the submersible pump:
1. Check the cables, switches, electric shock protectors, etc. before use. The switches and other electrical appliances should work normally, the cables are not damaged, and the cables should be carefully identified. The yellow and green two-color wires are grounding wires to prevent leakage and electric shock accidents.
2. The insulation resistance of the submersible pump should be checked at intervals (about 1000h) before use. It should be no less than 0.5MΩ. If it does not meet the requirements, it should be dried.
3. Regularly check the drain hole and oil drain hole. Tighten if there is no abnormality.
4. When the submersible pump enters or exits water, the TSWA type horizontal multi-stage pump must first cut off the power supply, and then pull the rope tied to the hoist ring, so that the cable can be pulled absolutely.
5. After the submersible pump has been working for 300 hours, it should be checked for sensitive water. If the released water or oil-water mixture is less than 25mL, it can continue to be used, otherwise, check whether the gray block and rubber sealing ring are damaged.
6. The submersible pump cannot be buried in the river mud. If there are many water leather debris in the water, the submersible pump should be placed in the basket or basket, and then the basket or basket should be put into the water.
7. When the submersible pump is tested outside the water (such as to determine the steering), it should not exceed 5 minutes to prevent the motor from heating and burning.
