Overhung pump

The pump with only one end of the impeller supported by the bearing is called an overhung pump.

It is used to transport clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Like IS single-stage end suction centrifugal pump.

The boom of the overhung pump does not exceed 125 meters, the flow rate is 4.5-400m3/h, and the maximum temperature of the liquid must not exceed 80 °C. It is suitable for factories, mines, urban water supply and farmland irrigation.

For small flow and low lift conditions, it is a more economical option and easy to maintain.
