Multistage pump-regarding pipeline data system

For the piping system data in the multistage pump selection step, the device characteristic curve should also be made if necessary. When designing and arranging multi-stage pump piping, pump manufacturers should pay attention to the following items:

A. Reasonably select the diameter of the pipeline, the diameter of the pipeline is large. Under the same flow rate, the flow velocity is small, the resistance loss is small, but the price is large, and the diameter of the pipeline is small, which will cause the resistance damage to increase sharply, and the lift of the selected multistage pump will rise. The power of the distribution belt has increased, and the cost and operating costs have increased dramatically. Therefore, we should think comprehensively from the perspective of technology and economy.

B. The discharge pipe and its pipe joints should be considered for the maximum gravity that can be withstood.

C. Pipeline deployment should be deployed as straight pipe as much as possible. Minimize the accessories in the pipe and shorten the pipe length as much as possible. When turning, the bending radius of the elbow should be 2-6 times the diameter of the pipe, and the angle should be over 90 °C. .

D. The discharge side of the multi-stage pump must be equipped with a valve and a check valve. The valve is used to adjust the operating point of the pump. The abolition valve can avoid the pump reversal when the liquid is reversed, and the multi-stage pump can survive the water hammer.
