Disassembly Precautions for multistage centrifugal pump:
1. Stopping pump in order.
2. Discharging of the liquid (including cooling water) in pump casing, the lubricating oil also should be let out.
3. Removing the relevant pipes.
4. The manufacture precision of parts should be protected when disassembling, to avoid to damage the pump shaft, middle stage should be underlay when disassemble the pull rod.
Multistage centrifugal pump Assembly:
The steps of assembly are on the contrary to disassembly. Assembly precautions as below:
1. The manufacture precision of parts and appearance roughness should be protected, any damages cannot be available, fixed screw and bolt should be stressed uniformly.
2. Aligning the centering between impeller discharge and guide blade suction flow channel according to the axial size of parts, pump dimension cannot be adjusted at will, due to the accuracy of centering will affect pump performance directly.
3. When pump assembled, turning the rotor by hand to check the flexibility of rotor rotation at first before loading packing seal.
4. Then loading packing seal, please pay attention to check whether the position of packing seal ring in stuffing box is correct.
5. The dynamic balance should be test if replace rotor parts.
