Model parameters of multistage centrifugal pumps for mines

MD type mine multi-stage centrifugal pump is a horizontal single-suction multi-stage segmented centrifugal pump. The suction port is in the horizontal direction, and the discharge port is vertical to the horizontal. The inlet section, middle section, outlet section of the pump, the bearing body and the housing part of the pump are connected together by tightening bolts, and the number of stages of the pump is selected according to the head of the pump. Multi-stage centrifugal pumps for mining can be used in factories, mine drainage, urban sewage treatment plants and other fields. The medium that can be transported contains no more than 1.5% solid particles and similar sewage, and the temperature of the transported medium cannot exceed 80°C.

 

MD type mine multi-stage pump is composed of pump body, impeller, shaft, balance plate, water inlet and outlet section, etc. The material of the water pump shaft can be 45#, 2Cr13, and the overall material of the pump can be cast iron or cast according to the needs of users. Three types of materials: steel and stainless steel.

The rotor part of MD type mine multi-stage pump is mainly composed of shaft and impeller, shaft sleeve, balance plate and other parts installed on the shaft. The number of impeller is determined according to the number of pump stages. The parts on the shaft are fastened by flat keys and shaft nuts to make them integrated with the shaft. The entire rotor is supported by rolling bearings or sliding bearings at both ends. The bearings are determined by different models, and none of them bear the axial force. The axial force is balanced by the balance plate. When the pump is running, the rotor is allowed to move axially in the pump casing, and centripetal ball bearings cannot be used. Rolling bearings are lubricated with greasy oil, sliding bearings are lubricated with thin oil, and the oil ring is used for self-lubrication, and circulating water is used for cooling.
The sealing surfaces between the inlet section, the middle section and the outlet section of the MD type mine multi-stage pump are all sealed with molybdenum disulfide grease. The rotor part and the fixed part are equipped with sealing rings, guide vane sleeves, etc. for sealing. The ring and guide vane sleeve should be replaced when the degree of wear has affected the working performance of the pump.
There are two types of shaft seal: mechanical seal and packing seal. When the pump is sealed with packing, the position of the packing ring must be placed correctly, and the tightness of the packing must be appropriate. It is advisable for the liquid to seep out drop by drop. The various sealing elements of the pump are installed in the sealed cavity, and a certain pressure of water should be introduced into the cavity, and the water seal, water cooling or water lubrication is allowed. A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.

The use conditions of MD type mine multistage centrifugal pump:

1. Under clean water conditions (with solid particles less than 0.1%), there is no major repair after 5000 hours of operation, and the efficiency drop does not exceed 6%;

2. Under the condition of sewage containing solid particles less than 0.1% to 1%, operation for 3000 hours without major repair, the efficiency drop does not exceed 5%;

3. Under the condition of sewage containing solid particles of 1 to .5%, operation for 2000h without major repair, the efficiency drop does not exceed 6%;
