In summer, the running temperature of the pump will increase at a high temperature. The high temperature of the seal will seriously affect the normal operation of the pump. And how to reduce the temperature of the seal of self-balancing mining multistage pump:
1. Single-end sealing form: generally adopts injection-type flushing, the rinsing liquid is about 2 ° line minus wax oil of about 100 °C, and the pressure is 0.05~0.15Mpa higher than the sealing cavity. The outside of the gland is hot water (soft water) for quenching. Generally one cycle (ten months) can be used.
2. The friction pair is hard and hard (YG6/YG8, SiC/SiC, etc.), which has a good effect on a medium with high viscosity, a small amount of solid particles or a medium produced by crystallization.
3. Double-face machine seal form: using cycle flushing, plus external cooling, the life is 1.5 ~ 2 times the single end.
4. Metal bellows machine seal form: compact structure, easy to install, in the same auxiliary system, the life is 2 to 3 times the ordinary seal. The mine self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump is provided with a cooling water jacket around the sealed chamber, and is cooled by cold water, so that the temperature of the sealed chamber can be lowered to 200~250 °C.
