①Before connecting the motor and the clean water centrifugal pump, it should be determined whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct and the rotation of the pump is flexible.
②Close the gate valve on the discharge line.
③ Fill the pump with water, or use a vacuum pump to divert water.
④Turn on the power, when the pump reaches the normal speed, gradually open the gate valve of the discharge pipeline and adjust it to the required working condition. When the gate valve on the discharge pipe is closed, the pump can not work continuously for more than 3 minutes.
Is type clean water centrifugal pump stops:
①Gradually close the gate valve on the discharge line and cut off the power supply.
②If the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the water in the pump should be discharged to avoid freezing and cracking.
③If the pump is not to be used for a long time, the pump should be disassembled, cleaned, oiled, and packaged for storage.
Is type clean water centrifugal pump operation:
①During driving and running, you must pay attention to observe whether the meter readings, bearing heating, filling water leakage and heating, and pump vibration and noise are normal. If abnormal conditions are found, they should be dealt with in time.
②The maximum bearing temperature should not be higher than 80℃, and the bearing temperature should not exceed 40℃ than the surrounding temperature.
③ The filling leaks normally, and it should be a small amount and even.
④The bearing oil level should be kept at the normal position, and it should not be too high or too low. If it is too low, add lubricant in time.
⑤ If the gap between the seal ring and the impeller is worn too much, replace the seal ring or impeller.
