Installation technology of strong drainage pump for mine
The following takes the MD type mine strong drainage pump installed in the underground central water pump room as an example to introduce the installation procedures of drainage equipment and the installation process of the mine strong drainage pump.
1. Mine-used strong drainage pump foundation chamber project
The mine construction team will undertake the following basic works according to the design requirements:
(1) Bricklaying and shotcreting of the pump room.
(2) Pump foundation works.
(3) Water storage and suction well project.
(4) Drainage pipeline and inclined lane engineering.
2. Foundation inspection and acceptance of mine strong drainage pump
(1) Buried elevation points and fixed central wire racks, measured the center line and elevation points according to the waistline of the roadway of the pump house.
(2) Hang the center line, and check and accept the foundation elevation and the position of the foundation hole according to the elevation point of the center line.
3. Pad position
(1) According to the actual measured base elevation, compare the design elevation to calculate the thickness of the backing plate, and place it according to the quality standard.
Place the pad group.
(2) Use an ordinary level to level the backing plate, and shovel the pitted surface of the foundation.
4. Unpacking inspection of equipment
(1) Check the condition and quantity of the equipment and parts according to the packing list and equipment instruction manual.
(2) Antiseptic for cleaning the surface of machinery and parts.
5. Parts processing
Arrange parts processing according to construction design drawings and actual demand:
(1) Suction pipe.
(2) Drain pipe.
(3) Water tank grates.
(4) Suction well operation frame and platform.
(5) Various flanges.
6. Water pump pre-installation
(1) A comprehensive and detailed inspection and pre-installation of the water pump and motor were carried out in the well above machine repair shop.
(2) All problems found in the pre-installation should be dealt with in the well.
7. Transportation of strong mine drainage pump
(1) According to the location of the downhole pump room, arrange the order of transportation (should start with the innermost pump in the pump room),
The truck is transported to the underground pump house or the spare roadway in order.
(2) Pack other parts and transport them to the pump room at the same time during transportation.
8. Integral hoisting of mine strong drainage pump
(1) According to the position and sequence of the construction drawings, use suitable lifting tools to align the pump (including the motor and the base)

(2) Put on the anchor bolts and wear the nuts.
9. Overall installation of strong drainage pump for mine
(1) Hang the vertical and horizontal center lines, and drop the vertical line for alignment.
(2) Press the reference point and the elevation point; use a level to level.
(3) After leveling, the secondary grouting can be carried out.
10. Suction pipe installation"
(1) Connect the suction pipe, bottom valve and suction port of each pump according to the construction drawings.
(2) Install the platform, operation frame and valve of the suction well.
11. Drain pipe installation
(1) Install the short drain pipe, gate valve, check valve, three-way pipe, etc. of each water pump. Bypass pipe.
(2) Install drainage main pipes and brackets (including inclined lane drainage pipes).
12. Water tank parts installation
(1) Install water storage grates and water storage gates.
(2) Install the gate to close the control frame and platform.
13. Installation of accessories for water pump
(1) Install vacuum gauge and pressure gauge.
(2) Install water seal pipe, return pipe, air release valve, water injection funnel (the above parts must be prevented from being damaged during transportation and lifting,
When pre-installing in the machine repair shop, plug the screw holes on the pump body with wire).
14. Trial operation of the pump
(1) Check whether the valve action is flexible.
(2) Carry out a load test run on the pump at the specified time.
15. Equipment painting work
(1) Paint and paint the equipment.
(2) Paint the pipeline.
16. Transfer to production and use
(1) Clean the pump room.
(2) Organize various technical data.
(3) Go through the handover procedures.
