1. The installation height should be less than the allowable suction vacuum height minus the loss of the water inlet pipe. Under standard conditions, the installation height "10.3-(NPSH)r-0.5-hw, because there is a hydraulic loss in the suction pipeline;
2, a pressure gauge should be installed at the pump outlet flange to observe and control the operating conditions of the pump;
3. The pump should be installed in a ventilated place, and a protective cover should be added for outdoor installation to avoid sun exposure and rain;

1. Before installation, check whether it is deformed or damaged during transportation, and whether the fasteners are loose or fall off;
2. Installation and configuration of water inlet and outlet pipes: The principle of pipeline installation should minimize the pipeline fluid resistance. A filter should be added to the pipe after the water inlet to prevent hard impurities or hard solid particles from entering the pump cavity to damage the shaft seal or water blades, causing the water pump to leak or abnormal: a check valve should be added to the water inlet pipe to facilitate Water injection;
3. Wiring: It must be wired correctly according to the requirements of the nameplate. When wiring, the terminal must be firm and no looseness is allowed. Otherwise, it will cause poor contact and cause a lack of phase to burn the machine. An overload protection device must be used on the wiring line, and the setting value of the protection device must be adjusted according to the current requirements on the motor nameplate;

5. The suction water level is higher than the pump: single pump and double pump can be used in series or in parallel;
6. The suction water level is lower than the pump: such as pumping water from a pool;

1. Before starting the pump, open the inlet gate valve and pump exhaust valve plug, and close the outlet gate valve. Fill the pump cavity with water so that the pump can start normally;
2, jog the motor, from the motor side, check whether the steering is in the direction shown by the arrow;
3. After the pump is started, gradually open the outlet gate valve and adjust to the required working condition point;
4. During the operation of the pump, it is advisable that the flow at the operating point is not greater than the flow at the large flow point given in the performance reference table, and the current when the motor is running must not exceed the rated current;
5. Stop sequence: close the gate valve on the outlet pipeline—motor—pressure gauge.
