Inspection
Inspection, we usually mean quality inspection. Quality inspection is also called "technical inspection". A quality management method that determines the quality characteristics of a product by using certain inspection test methods and inspection methods, and compares the measurement results with the specified quality standards to make a qualified or unqualified judgment on the product or batch of products. The purpose is to ensure that unqualified raw materials are not put into production, unqualified parts are not transferred to the process, unqualified products are not shipped out of the factory; and data materials reflecting the quality status are collected and accumulated to measure and analyze the process capability and supervise the process. Improve quality to provide information.
In order to make the right quality decision and understand the changes in product quality, the test results must be presented in the form of a report:
(1) The inspection and acceptance of raw materials, purchased parts and outsourced parts, and the qualification rate indicators;
(2) The pass rate, repair rate, scrap rate, degradation rate and corresponding amount loss of the factory inspection;
(3) Analysis of the average pass rate, repair rate, scrap rate, corresponding amount loss and arrangement chart of the workshop and sub-group;
(4) Analysis of the arrangement of the reasons for product scrapping;
(5) Report on the handling of nonconforming product;
(6) Investigation, analysis and processing reports on major quality issues;
(7) Suggested reports on improving quality;
