First point, when purchasing, remember that the supporting power must match the rated power of the multistage centrifugal pump (pumping unit). Generally, how many kilowatts of supporting power a multi-stage centrifugal pump requires is clearly specified on the pump nameplate. If it is not matched, the power of the power is too large, it will cause a "big horse-drawn cart", waste power and increase costs; on the contrary, there will be a "small horse-drawn cart", insufficient water flow or overload work, and damage to the parts , Unable to work, waste of investment.
The second point, when the new machine starts pumping, first wipe off the protective oil on the shaft and other parts of the multi-stage centrifugal pump. Check carefully whether the impeller rotates normally, whether the pump shaft rotates flexibly, whether the bearing clearance is appropriate, whether the gasket between the joint surfaces of the pump body is damaged, whether the components are connected firmly, and whether the water inlet hose leaks water or air leaks. If there is a problem, it should be fixed in time.
The third point, when installing, the multi-stage centrifugal pump and power machinery should be installed firmly. It is necessary to ensure that the shaft of the water pump is parallel to the shaft of the power machine; when installing the belt, pay attention to the loose edge of the belt to increase the transmission efficiency.
Fourth point, when the electric locomotive is used to drive the water pump to pump water, it is strictly forbidden to start the operation of the two water pumps at the same time, in order to prevent the entire line from being too current and burning the motor, causing undue economic losses.
The fifth point is to check whether the inlet valve of the water pump is blocked by weeds. Pay attention to whether the flow head meets the performance requirements. Once a problem is found, it must be eliminated immediately to ensure normal operation.
The sixth point, when stopping the multi-stage centrifugal pump pumping, the pressure valve must be closed first, and then the operation is stopped, and the belt is removed. When the machine is not used for a long time, the whole machine should be cleaned carefully and the water in the pump should be completely discharged. The parts and parts of the machine that are easy to rust should be coated with protective oil to prevent the pump from rusting.
