How should the submersible pump be maintained?
1. Check if the seal is aging. If it is aging, it should be replaced.
2. Use 500V shaking table to detect whether the insulation resistance of submersible pump or sewage pump is above 0.25MΩ. Otherwise, the submersible pump or sewage pump should be disassembled to dry the coil. (submersible pump repair)
3. The winding burnout should be analyzed for reasons (overload, card pump, phase loss, leakage leakage short circuit, etc.), when disassembling the motor winding, do not make the silicon steel sheet tilt up and burr and other appearance, avoid assembling new windings in the winding "Trumpet" causes grounding or short-circuiting. When rewinding a new coil, the enameled wire and the insulating paper must be produced by the standard manufacturer, because the heat resistance level of the submersible pump motor is usually E and B. Must pay attention to its heat resistance level. The low insulation thickness should be met and the mat should be inserted in place. When the winding is off the wire, be careful not to scrape the coil core, and avoid repeating the scribe line with the reticle.
4. Clean the submersible pump and the sewage pump casing. If the rust is severe, it should be painted from the beginning after the surface is disposed.
5. Before the submersible pump is disassembled, mark the joint between the front and rear end caps and the base. In order to be repaired and installed as it is, it will not cause installation errors and cause the shaft to be distracted. When disassembling the impeller and bushings of the submersible pump, it should be noted that it must not be hard-punched, and can be heated by the principle of thermal expansion. Slightly tap or use something like "Lama" to remove it.
6. Check whether the hose connected to the submersible pump or the sewage pump is strong. If it is loose, it should be tightened. Tighten all nuts on the submersible pump and drain pump.
7. Check the wear condition of the bearing. If there is significant abnormal motion or blockage when changing, replace the bearing of the same type and standard.
