According to inspections, when the gap in the radial direction of the impeller is increased by 4 mm, the water volume of the pump will be reduced by 10%; only need to use organic adhesive and asbestos thread to restore the gap to the factory-specified gap during maintenance, and the oil consumption or Power consumption is reduced by 10%-12%.
3. The axis of the pressurized water chamber and the impeller do not coincide. According to the test, when the axis of the pressurized water chamber and the impeller deviate by 2 mm or the deflection angle is greater than 2 degrees, the pump water volume will be reduced by 5%-6%; during maintenance, only need to measure carefully, carefully locate the position where the axis coincides, and install it firmly. It can reduce the oil or electricity consumption of the pump by 6%-7%.
Fourth, the blade installation angle is inconsistent. When the blade installation angles are inconsistent, the pump water volume will be reduced by 5%; during maintenance, use an angle ruler to measure accurately, and the installation will be firmly aligned, which can reduce the fuel consumption or power consumption of the pump by 5%-6% during operation.
