How to repair when mining multistage pump wears
1. Repair of mining multi-stage pump drive shaft and bushing after wear
Due to the weight of the mining multi-stage pump drive gear and the radial thrust generated by the passive gear meshing, it is easy to cause the shaft and bushing holes to be eccentric and the clearance is increased. Therefore, during operation, the oil will leak due to the increase of the gap, and the oil supply is reduced. After the drive shaft and bushing are worn, the neck can be repaired or the bushing can be used to restore the fit clearance. When the journal wear is slight, it is only necessary to press out the old bushing and replace it with a new bushing, and the shaft can generally not be repaired, so that the matching clearance can be restored to the allowable range. When the shaft and the bushing are worn very seriously, when the matching clearance is greatly increased, not only the bushing needs to be replaced, but also the shaft is also chromed or vibrated to increase the diameter, and then ground to the standard size to restore the journal and Bushing requirements.
2. Repair of the inner cavity of the pump casing and the teeth after wear
After the inner cavity and gear teeth of the multi-stage pump casing of mine are worn, it has a great influence on the oil quantity of the multi-stage pump for mining. When the shaft and the bushing or shaft hole are severely worn, the tooth top and the inner surface of the pump casing may have undue contact during operation. Moreover, since the oil discharge chamber has a higher pressure than the oil inlet chamber, under the pressure difference, the tooth top contacts more with the oil inlet chamber of the pump casing, so the inner cavity of the pump casing wears more here, so that the inner cavity and the tooth The top gap is increased. As a result, the pressure difference between the oil inlet and outlet of the oil pump is reduced, so that the scraping oil and the oil pressure are reduced, and the oil supply pressure is lowered, and the pump oil quantity is reduced. The wear of the inner cavity of the pump casing is generally repaired by the cavity setting method. Secondly, due to the wear of the teeth in the tooth thickness direction, the meshing clearance of the main and passive gears is increased. Its wear characteristics are that the one-side wear is heavier, so the gear can be turned over 180 degrees.
3. Repair of gear end face and pump cover after wear
There is a certain gap between the gear end face and the inner plane of the mining multistage pump cover, which is called the end face clearance. The wear caused by the contact surface between the gear end face and the inner surface of the pump cover during operation will increase the gap of the end face. When the limit is exceeded, the amount of oil for the multistage pump of the mine will have a significant influence. When the end face of the gear is worn, the end face can be flattened, and the exploded surface of the oil pump casing can be reground to ensure that the end face clearance of the mine multistage pump is within the required range.
