1. The inner surface of the pump surface and the pressurized water chamber (also known as the volute) is rusted. Surface rust and unevenness will reduce the pumping water by 7%-8%; only need to use steel brush and iron sandpaper or grinding wheel to smooth the repair, it can reduce the fuel consumption or power consumption during operation by 9%-14%.
2. The seal ring gap increases. According to the test, when the gap in the radial direction of the impeller increases by 4 mm, the pumping water volume will be reduced by 10%; when repairing, only the organic adhesive plus asbestos wire should be used to restore the factory-specified clearance, so that the fuel consumption of the pump during operation or The power consumption is reduced by 10%-12%.
3. The axis of the pressurized water chamber and the impeller do not coincide. According to the test, when the pressure water chamber is offset from the axis of the impeller by 2 mm or the yaw angle is greater than 2 degrees, the pumping water volume will be reduced by 5%-6%. During the inspection, only careful measurement is required, and the position where the axes coincide with each other is carefully fixed. It can reduce the oil or power consumption of the pump during operation by 6%-7%.
4. The blade mounting angle is inconsistent. When the blade installation angle is inconsistent, the pumping water volume will be reduced by 5%; when repairing, using the angle ruler and installing the alignment to fix the position, the fuel consumption or power consumption of the pump during operation can be reduced by 5%-6%.
