Horizontal multistage centrifugal pump debugging installation method

       1) Elevation adjustment The relative height difference (positive or negative value) between the measurement site and the elevation reference point (commonly known as zero) is called the elevation at that location. The elevation is divided into absolute elevation and relative elevation. The absolute elevation is the sea level as the reference zero point, the height difference from the sea level is called the absolute elevation; the relative elevation is the elevation point of a certain elevation is zero, and the height difference from the reference point is called the relative elevation value. The project mainly uses the relative elevation, which is customarily called the elevation. The elevation of the horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is adjusted to facilitate the connection between the pump body and the pipeline. Under normal circumstances, the elevation of the pump is measured by the pump shaft line, and the base elevation marked on the pump base is used as the measurement reference. Communicator measurement. For more demanding pumps, the elevation adjustment is measured by a water gauge.

       2) Initial level of finding The level of horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump can be found after the elevation is found, or at the same time. It adjusts the level by adjusting the height of the temporary horn. The level of the centrifugal pump is adjusted to a level of 0. 02mm / m or a level of 0. 05mm / m level, placed on the inlet and outlet flange surface of the pump or on the pump shaft for measurement. For horizontally split pumps, the level can be measured on the horizontal mid-section or on the pump shaft and inlet and outlet flange faces. Horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump horizontal tolerance: For the whole installed pump, the longitudinal horizontal deviation should not be greater than 0.1/1000, the horizontal horizontal deviation should not be greater than 0.2/1000; for the disassembled installation, the longitudinal and lateral horizontal deviations of the pump are not greater than 0.05/1.

The positioning and alignment of the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump is to place the pump on the foundation and adjust the longitudinal and transverse center line positions of the pump body according to the center line of the foundation to make it meet the requirements. In the installation process of the horizontal multistage centrifugal pump, for the general small and medium-sized centrifugal pump, it shares a base with the motor, and the installation is performed by the integral installation method, that is, after the above preparation is completed, the pump and the motor and the machine are The seat is steadily hung to the foundation as a whole, and then the alignment and leveling are carried out. For large horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pumps, the machine base is first hoisted in position and the center position and level are adjusted. Then, the pump and motor are hoisted to the machine base to adjust the shaft end distance of the horizontal coupling.
