In several common slot conditions, installation instructions and instructions for high temperature and corrosion resistant chemical pumps:
A. High slot positive pressure state
Feature description: The pump is installed at the bottom of the storage tank, and the medium in the storage tank is under positive pressure. When the valve at the inlet of the pump is opened, the liquid in the storage tank can flow into the pump cavity by itself.
B. High slot negative pressure state
Characteristic description: The pump is installed on the rough bottom, and the closed storage tank is under negative pressure. When selecting the pump in this state, the exact data of the negative pressure in the storage tank must be clarified before it can be shaped.
C. Low slot without bottom valve and siphon barrel
Characteristic description: The pump is installed on the upper part of the storage tank, and a siphon barrel to help start is installed at the inlet pipe near the pump inlet. The siphon barrel needs to be filled with liquid before the pump is started for the first time, and there is no need for tanks in the future.
D. Low slot with bottom valve status
Characteristic description: The pump is installed on the upper part of the storage tank, and the bottom valve needs to be installed at the bottom of the inlet pipe. The pump cavity must be filled with liquid before each start-up change, and the pump must not be idling.
