(1) Adjust the seal gap between the wear-resistant and acid-resistant centrifugal pump impeller and the seal ring bushing and mouth ring. Through inspection, it is found that the radial clearance between the impeller and the bushing is 0.3~0.4mm, and the radial clearance between the impeller and the orifice ring is 0.35-0.40mm. The matching clearance is small, which easily leads to increased wear between the impeller and the bushing and the orifice ring. Cause the gap to increase and cause leakage. The original sealing gap has now been adjusted.

(2) Improve the installation method of the seal ring. Aiming at the problem that the epoxy resin adhesive is not easy to clean and easily affects the next maintenance, the sealing ring is installed by screw fastening, that is, 4 screw holes are tapped on the middle section, guide vane and sealing ring respectively. Only use screws to tighten during installation, which is convenient for disassembly and does not need to clean the mating surface, which can ensure the assembly quality of the seal ring and prevent leakage due to the enlarged gap.
(3) Choose seal ring materials that are not easy to seize. The original sealing ring material is 2Cr13, and the impeller material is lCrl3, which are of the same type. During the operation of the wear-resistant and acid-resistant centrifugal pump, the impeller runs at high speed, while the sealing ring is stationary, and it is easy to seize between the two friction pairs of the dynamic and static rings. For this reason, the sealing ring material is changed to brass, and a soft and hard friction pair is formed between the impeller and the sealing ring. At the same time, add an appropriate amount of engine oil during assembly to improve the wear resistance of the two and reduce the occurrence of failures.
2. Prevention and improvement of the leakage of the middle section end face of the wear-resistant and acid-resistant centrifugal pump
(1) Improve the specifications of the middle O-ring seal.
In order to prolong the service life of the O-shaped sealing ring, the sealing ring should be wrapped with butter before installation, and then added to the groove. This method can not only strengthen the sealing effect of the sealing ring, but also protect the sealing ring and prolong the O-shaped sealing ring. The service life of the sealing ring.
(2) Improve the sealing method of the middle joint surface. In the past, Loctite end face sealant was applied to the middle joint surface to seal, but Loctite sealant sticks to the joint surface after aging, which is difficult to clean, and it is easy to cause damage to the middle joint surface when removing, which affects the sealing effect. In order to facilitate the cleaning of the sealing material without damaging the bonding surface, 0.2mm green shell paper gasket is used, which has a good sealing effect
