MD type mining wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pump is a horizontal single-suction multi-stage segmented centrifugal pump, which is used to transport neutral mineral water with a solid particle content of not more than 1.5% (particle size less than 0.5 mm) and other similar sewage. The temperature of the conveying medium is not more than 80℃, suitable for steel plants, mine drainage, sewage transportation and other occasions.

The suction port of this pump is horizontal, and the discharge port is vertically upward. The inlet section, middle section, outlet section of the pump, and the housing part of the bearing body to be pumped are connected together by tightening bolts, and the number of pump stages is selected according to the pump head. 2.1 Stator part
is mainly composed of front section, middle section, guide vane, rear section, bearing frame, balance chamber cover and other parts which are integrated with through bars and nuts. The front and rear sections are fixed on the pump base with bolts and nuts on both sides.
2.2 Rotor parts
The impeller, impeller stop sleeve, balance stop sleeve, balance disc and shaft sleeve parts are tightened with small round nuts, fixed on the shaft with flat keys to prevent rotation, the entire rotor is supported on the bearings at both ends, and the rotor is connected by elastic pins. The shaft is directly connected with the motor. In order to compensate for the expansion, a toothed cushion is installed between the last stage and the balance block. This part should be replaced when the pump is overhauled.
2.3 Balance mechanism
This pump adopts a balance plate hydraulic balance device that can completely and automatically balance the axial force. The device is composed of a balance plate, a balance plate, a balance sleeve and a balance stop sleeve.
