General functions and requirements

The pump control cabinet shall be provided by the pump manufacturer. The control cabinet shall include but is not limited to the following functions and requirements:

      1. All kinds of electrical components meet the normative standards.

      2. The control cabinet should meet the system's functional and control requirements.

      3. The control panel uses Chinese and English to display various working parameters.

      4. The control cabinet is IP54, and the 5 control cabinet can clearly display the pump operation and fault conditions, and emit an audible and visual alarm signal. Can display the system related parameters with LCD.

Each control cabinet shall provide the following passive contact signals and interface terminals, and shall have the function of transmitting the passive contact signals of each pump's operation and fault to the fire alarm system. The fire alarm system controls the start and stop of the fire pump through the passive contact signal. Each fire pump manual/automatic switch status signal (via passive contact signal) is transmitted to the fire alarm system. Each fire pump start/stop status signal (via passive contact signal) is transmitted to the fire alarm system. Each fire pump fault signal (via passive contact signal) is transmitted to the fire alarm system. There should be enough terminals in the control cabinet according to the functional requirements, and 25% of the empty terminals should be reserved. The fire pump control cabinet should reserve passive electric shock signals for the fire alarm system. It is the responsibility of the bidder to coordinate and determine the reserved position of the passive contact signal contacts. The automatic spray pump control cabinet should accept the pressure transmission signal of the pressure sensor on the outlet pipe of the pump unit. When the pressure is lower than the starting pressure of the steady pressure pump, the control cabinet issues an instruction to turn on the steady pressure pump. When the system reaches the pressure setting. When the value is set, the steady pressure pump is turned off; when the pressure is lower than the pressure value of the automatic spray main pump start, the control cabinet issues an instruction to turn on the automatic spray main pump to provide the spray system with a sufficient amount of water to reach the designed value.
