Disassembly and installation of high pressure and high temperature chemical pump

 

 

  How is the disassembly and installation of the high pressure and high temperature chemical pump? We use ZA petrochemical process pump to highlight:

 

 

 

   One, ZA petroleum high pressure and high temperature chemical pump preparation before starting

 

   1. Clean the pump and the site before starting.

 

  2. Check whether the amount of lubricating oil in the bearing frame is appropriate, and the oil level is about 2mm above the center line of the oil standard.

 

  3. Check the steering of the prime mover before connecting the coupling, and connect the coupling together with the steering arrow of the pump.

 

  4. After installing the mechanical seal or packing and coupling, roll the pump shaft by hand. There should be no rubbing phenomenon, and the protective cover of the coupling should be equipped.

 

  1. The high-pressure and high-temperature chemical pump is used under suction, and the pump should be filled or vacuumed before starting; the pump should be used under reverse filling, and the pump should be filled with the transported liquid before starting, and after the air in the pump is completely driven out, it will spit out The gate valve of the pipeline is closed. When there is no liquid in the pump, beware of idling and dry grinding.

 

   6. Check whether the foundation bolts are loose before starting. Whether the gland is skewed, and the supply of lubricating oil and cooling water.

 

  7. When transporting volatile or vaporized liquids, a vent valve should be installed on the pump body to facilitate exhaust.

 

   2. Starting of ZA high pressure and high temperature chemical pump

 

   1. Close the inlet and outlet pressure (or vacuum) gauges and the outlet valve (if there is a bypass pipe, it should also be closed at this time). Start the motor (it's best to start the motor and confirm the correct rotation of the pump before starting the formal operation). Then turn on the inlet and outlet pressure (or vacuum) gauges. When the pump reaches the normal speed and the appearance indicates the corresponding pressure, gradually turn on the water outlet valve to adjust the working conditions required before. When the discharge line is closed, the continuous operation time of the pump cannot exceed 3 minutes.

 

  2. Pay attention to the power reading of the prime mover and the vibration of the pump from time to time during the starting process. The number of vibrations should not exceed 0.06mm. The measuring part is the bearing seat.

 

  3. Sealing conditions, mechanical seals should be free of leakage or heat generation, and packing seals should be continuous dripping.

 

  4. If the temperature of the conveying liquid is high, it must be evenly preheated before starting, and the preheating speed should be <50℃/h.

 

   Three, high pressure and high temperature chemical pump operation steps

 

   1. Always check the heating of the pump and the motor (the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 35°C, and the limit temperature should not exceed 75°C) and the oil level (generally, replace the lubricating oil once every 500 hours of operation).

 

   2. The suction valve cannot be used to adjust the flow rate to avoid cavitation.

 

  3. The pump should not be operated continuously under 30% of the planned flow. Assuming continuous operation under this condition is necessary, a bypass pipe should be installed at the outlet to discharge the remaining flow.

 

  4. Pay attention to whether there is any noise in the pump operation. If an abnormal situation is found, it should be eliminated in time or parking inspection.

 

   Four, high pressure and high temperature chemical pump intermittent

 

  1. Slowly close the gate valve of the discharge outlet pipeline (assuming that the pump is used in the case of reverse irrigation, but also close the gate valve of the suction pipeline), and close various external switches.

 

  2, cut off the power supply.

 

  3. Assuming that the external liquid introduction is used for the seal, the external liquid introduction should be sealed to prevent freezing and cracking.

 

   5. Assuming that the vehicle is parked for a long time and is not used, in addition to draining the corrosive liquid in the pump, all parts should be disassembled and cleaned. The paint is a sealed cavity. It is best to remove the pump for cleaning and install it from the beginning. In addition to oiling and anti-rust treatment and sealing the pump inlet and outlet, the inspection should be punctual.
