(1) Check the pump and motor, they are indeed not damaged, and there is no foreign matter in the pump.
(2) Prepare tools and lifting equipment.
(3) Check the foundation of the equipment.

(1) Remove the greasy and dirt on the base, put the base on the pre-buried anchor bolts, and pad the base with a pair of adjustment blocks.
(2) Check the levelness of the pump base with a spirit level.
(3) Fill the holes of the anchor bolts and the cavity of the pump seat with cement.
(4) After the grout is completely hardened, tighten the nuts of the anchor bolts.
(5) Clean the assembly surface of the pump seat, and place the pump and motor on the pump seat.
(6) Check the levelness of the pump shaft and the motor shaft according to the figure above.
(7) After connecting the suction and discharge pipes, check the concentricity of the pump shaft and the motor shaft.
(8) When the motor and water pump are installed in combination, the shaft extension of the pump coupling end should be pulled out, and then the axial clearance value between the pump and the motor coupling should be ensured.
(9) Seal water can be introduced from the spit line.
