DG type horizontal high temperature and high pressure water pump impeller commonly used materials

DG type horizontal high temperature and high pressure water pump can deliver high temperature clean water below 280℃, suitable for boiler water supply, factory and city water supply. It is also suitable for conveying clean water with a temperature lower than 110°C or other non-corrosive liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is widely used in boiler water supply of industrial and mining enterprises and public institutions and urban domestic water supply.

1. The impeller material of high temperature and high pressure water pump includes five categories: stainless steel impeller, aluminum alloy impeller, cast iron impeller, cast copper impeller and plastic impeller.

2. DG type high temperature and high pressure water pump impeller has three forms: open, semi-open and closed.

3. The corrosion resistance of the material is different: the stainless steel impeller can be used for longer and longer time, and it is sanitary and clean. The bronze impeller is also more resistant to corrosion. It is mainly used in firefighting, seawater and other occasions, but not as good as the stainless steel impeller. The impeller of corrosive liquid high temperature and high pressure boiler water pump can use stainless steel impeller. However, cast copper impeller and plastic impeller can also be used according to the degree of corrosivity. Cast copper impeller is used to transport oil. Cast iron impeller is used for general liquid, which is hygienic. The fluid material is made of aluminum alloy impeller, stainless steel impeller and plastic impeller.

4. The choice of impeller material for DG type horizontal high temperature and high pressure water pump is determined by the condition of the medium and the structure of the pump, and there are many commonly used ones. For example, cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, cast copper, etc. There are many specific grades in each category.

5. DG type horizontal high temperature and high pressure water pump impeller cast steel material usually refers to cast carbon steel, such as ZG230-450, ZG270-500. This material is not resistant to corrosion or cavitation, and its overall strength is better than cast iron. The use efficiency of stainless steel impellers is higher. 304 stainless steel impellers are about the same as bronze, and the price of 316, 316L, and two-way stainless steel is much higher. Bronze has excellent low temperature resistance, and the strength of minus 100 degrees will not drop at all. If it is replaced by chromium-nickel stainless steel, it will be as brittle as glass by tens of degrees below zero. At room temperature, the mechanical strength of stainless steel is higher.
