Therefore, it is necessary to observe the quality and level of lubricating oil daily, and regularly replenish and change the oil.

During the operation of the horizontal self-balancing multi-stage pump, the vibration of the pipeline system or the cavitation of the pump will cause the pump to vibrate. The vibration value should be regularly detected by the vibration meter, and the record should be made, and the comparison and maintenance should be done in time to avoid causing It cannot be recovered after being damaged.

During the operation of the horizontal self-balancing multi-stage pump, the temperature of the bearing should be regularly checked. The method of measurement is to use a thermometer to avoid the temperature of the bearing exceeding the standard value. The temperature of the sliding bearing <65 ℃, the rolling bearing <70 ℃, the temperature is abnormal It is necessary to analyze whether it is caused by insufficient cooling water, bearing oil shortage, lubricant deterioration, bearing installation or quality.

The leakage of the packing seal of the horizontal self-balancing multi-stage pump is most suitable to leak about 20 drops per minute. If the leakage is large, you can slowly tighten the packing compression bolts, not too tightly, otherwise it will cause the packing to burn out. Damage to the pump shaft and shaft sleeve. If the tightening fails, stop and replace the packing.

The on-site pumps are turned on and backed up, and it is necessary to regularly check the back-up pumps to confirm that the back-up pumps are in good condition and can play a back-up role.
