Therefore, it is necessary to observe the quality and oil level of lubricating oil in daily life, and make up and change the oil regularly.
During the operation of the horizontal self-balancing multi-stage pump, the vibration of the piping system or the cavitation of the pump will cause the pump to vibrate. Use a vibration meter to periodically detect the vibration value, and make a record, and compare and repair in time to avoid causing It cannot be recovered after damage.
During the operation of the horizontal self-balancing multi-stage pump, the temperature of the bearing should be checked regularly. The detection method is to use a thermometer to measure to prevent the bearing temperature from exceeding the standard value. The sliding bearing temperature is less than 65°C, the rolling bearing is less than 70°C, and the temperature is abnormal. It is necessary to analyze in time whether it is caused by insufficient cooling water, lack of oil in bearings, deterioration of lubricating oil, bearing installation or quality.
For horizontal self-balancing multi-stage pump packing seal leakage, about 20 drops per minute is the most suitable. If the leakage is large, you can slowly tighten the packing compression bolts, not too tight, otherwise it will cause the packing to burn out. The pump shaft and shaft sleeve are damaged. If the tightening does not work, stop the machine and replace the packing.
As soon as the on-site pump is opened and ready, the spare pump shall be checked regularly to confirm that the spare pump is in good condition and can play a backup role.
