The pipeline pump, also known as the split case pump, is characterized by a large flow rate of the transport medium. Working principle: The impeller is installed in the pump casing and fastened to the pump shaft. The pump shaft is directly driven by the motor. A liquid suction is connected to the suction pipe in the center of the pump casing. The liquid enters the pump through the bottom and suction lines. The liquid discharge port on the pump casing is connected to the discharge pipe. When the speed of the pump is constant, the head and flow rate are related to the diameter of the impeller.

1. List the basic data:
Including: the characteristics of the medium, the particle diameter of the body, the content of the medium, the temperature of the medium, the required flow pressure, the piping system data


2. Determine the flow head
a. If the minimum, normal, and maximum flow rates have been given in the production process, the maximum flow rate should be considered.
b. If only normal flow is given in the production process, consideration should be given to leaving a certain margin.
For the large flow rate of ns>100, the pump is not intended to be lifted, the flow balance is 5%, the pump with a small flow rate of ns<50 and the pump, the flow balance is 10%, the pump with 50≤ns≤100, the flow allowance is also Take 5%. For pumps with poor quality and poor operating conditions, the flow balance should be 10%.
c. If the basic data is only for the weight flow, it should be converted into volume flow.
