Crude oil pump use and maintenance
Crude oil pump use and maintenance
1. Before installation, ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines are clear and unobstructed, and there must be no foreign matter such as welding slag.
2. After the pump is used for the first time or after a long shutdown, the pump should be injected into the pump before starting.
3. Before starting, the inlet and outlet valves are fully open. Close the exit door after shutdown
Warning: It is strictly forbidden to start without opening the valve or stop after closing the valve first.
4. Jog start to ensure that the motor rotates in the right direction and then start the pump.
5. The safety valve must not be adjusted without permission before delivery or after on-site commissioning.
6. At the bearing, the lubricant should be injected regularly.
Note: The pump arrives in the user's hand and it is recommended not to disassemble the test.
