Corrosion-resistant Pump
Definition
Corrosion-resistant pumps, as the name suggests, are pumps with corrosion resistance, primarily for the transport of corrosive liquids. It is a widely used pump in general-purpose equipment pumps. At present, the most widely used corrosion-resistant liquid in the domestic market is a corrosion-resistant pump made of stainless steel, and the corrosion-resistant pump made of its material has the advantages of wide corrosion resistance range and convenient maintenance and operation.
Classification
Classified by working principle:
1. Positive displacement pump
By the movement of the working part, the working volume is periodically increased and decreased to suck and discharge the liquid, and the pressure energy of the liquid is directly increased by the pressing of the working part.
According to the different movement modes of moving parts, it is divided into two types: reciprocating pump and rotary pump.
According to the structure of moving parts, it is divided into: piston pump, plunger pump, gear pump, screw pump, vane pump and water ring pump.
2. Impeller pump
The impeller pump relies on the impeller to drive the liquid at high speed to transfer mechanical energy to the delivered liquid.
According to the characteristics of the impeller and runner structure of the pump, it can be divided into:
1) Centrifugal pump
2) Axial flow pump
3) Mixed flow pump
4) Vortex pump.
Jet pump
The high-speed jet generated by the working fluid ejects the fluid, and then the energy of the ejected fluid is increased by momentum exchange.
Pump shaft positions can be divided into the following categories:
1) Vertical pump
2) Horizontal pump
According to the number of mouthpieces:
1) Single suction pump (single suction pump)
2) Double suction pump
According to the prime mover that drives the pump:
1) Electric pump
2) Turbine pump
3) Diesel pump
Applications
Corrosion-resistant pumps are widely used in chemical, acid, alkali, smelting, rare earth, pesticide, dye, pharmaceutical, paper, electroplating, electrolysis, pickling, radio, chemical foil, scientific research institutions, defense industry and other industries to transport any concentration of acidity , alkaline, oil, rare and precious liquids, toxic liquids, volatile corrosive chemical media.
Fluorine plastic manufacturing corrosion-resistant pumps mainly include TCSF fluorine-free leak-free magnetic pump (all plastic type), TCF-lined fluorine-free magnetic pump (steel lining type), TCBF lining fluorine magnetic pump, TCGF lining fluorine high temperature magnetic pump, TCZF lining Fluorine magnetic self-priming pump, TICF fluorine-free leak-free magnetic pump, TICBF-lined fluorine-free high-temperature magnetic pump (coupling type), TIBF-lined fluorine-free leak-proof thermal pump (with coupling type), TICAMF-lined fluorine Leakage self-priming magnetic pump, TSF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump (full plastic type), TIF fluorinated international standard centrifugal pump (steel lining type), TIBF lining fluorine heat preservation centrifugal pump, TIGF lining fluorine high temperature centrifugal pump, TIZF lining fluorine self-priming centrifugal Pump, TLF-lined fluorine pipeline pump and TYF-lined fluorine liquid pump.
