Code of operation for corrosion-resistant pumps

The following conditions should be checked before operation of the corrosion-resistant pump:

Stainless steel corrosion resistant pump

  1) When there is no liquid in the corrosion-resistant pump, idling is strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the mechanical seals and other parts.

   2) Check that the fastening bolts are not loose.

  3) Liquid, liquid level, open and closed state of inlet and outlet valves.

  4) The inlet and outlet pipelines should be normal and free of blockage. Open the inlet ball valve to fill the pump and suction pipe with liquid.

  5) Rotate the coupling by hand for more than three turns. It should feel relaxed and uniform in weight. The coupling gap should meet the requirements and the protective cover should be reliable.

  6) Whether there are cracks in the uranium unit and whether the connecting screws are loose.

  7) Whether the mechanical seal is tight enough.

   8) Whether there is air in the pipeline of the pump cavity of the centrifugal pump, remove the air in the pump cavity through the valve.

   9) Whether the centrifugal pump control cabinet voltmeter, signal light and other instruments indicate whether it is normal.

  10) Each switch handle of the electric control equipment should be in the parking position.

  11) Check if the anchor bolts are loose.

  12) No debris should be placed next to the corrosion-resistant pump.

   13) Start the motor and check whether the impeller rotation direction is correct. It is strictly forbidden to reverse the impeller.

  14) Start the motor, slowly open the outlet valve, and adjust to the required operating conditions

  15) It is forbidden to start the machine when the outlet valve is not closed to avoid overload of the motor

The problems found in the inspection must be dealt with in time, and the pump can only be started after the processing is completed and the requirements are met.
