Closed-coupled Pump

08 Oct 2018Email

Structure of closed-coupled pump
1 motor: directly connected to the pump to transmit power, using a long shaft motor.
2 Pump shaft: It is coaxial with the motor and lengthens the shaft for the motor, ensuring the concentricity of the shaft and making the pump run smoothly. Low noise, low vibration and chrome treatment for increased service life.
3 water retaining ring: prevent the motor from entering water due to leaking water from the seal.
4 mechanical seal: made of stainless steel, tungsten carbide, fluoro rubber and other materials. Balanced high temperature resistance. The high-pressure mechanical seal has long operating life, is not easy to leak, has no wear on the shaft, does not accumulate scale, and ensures the working environment is clean and tidy.
6 Pump body: The pressure plug and suction chamber are designed reasonably, with mounting feet for easy installation and operation.
7 bleed plug: drain the pump air during pumping to ensure the normal start of the pump.

Advantages of close-coupled pump
1. Smooth operation: the absolute concentricity of the pump shaft and the excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure smooth operation and no vibration.
2. Drip water does not leak: Carbide seals of different materials ensure that there is no leakage in the transportation of different media.
3. Low noise: The water pump supported by two low-noise bearings runs smoothly. Except for the weak sound of the motor, there is basically no noise.
4. Low failure rate: The structure is simple and reasonable, and the key parts adopt international first-class quality; supporting, the trouble-free working time of the whole machine is greatly improved.
5. Convenient maintenance: replacement of seals and bearings is simple and convenient.
6. The land occupation is more provincial: the exit can be left, right and upward, which is convenient for pipeline installation and space saving.
