Cleaning method of high temperature and corrosion resistant centrifugal pump

The DFP type high temperature and corrosion resistant centrifugal pump is a high-efficiency and energy-saving multi-stage pump. For the high temperature and corrosion resistant centrifugal pump, in order to meet the requirements for the cleanliness of the parts during the maintenance process, various different machines are used during the repair process. The degree of requirements for cleanliness is different.

   1. In the general assembly of high temperature and corrosion resistant centrifugal pumps, the cleaning requirements for contact matching parts are higher than non-matching parts, precision matching parts are higher than non-precision matching parts, and dynamic matching parts are higher than static matching parts.

  2. Some parts of the high temperature and corrosion resistant centrifugal pump require spraying, plating, and bonding on the surface of the workpiece, and the cleaning requirements are very high. When cleaning, different cleaning agents and cleaning methods must be adopted according to different requirements to ensure the required cleaning quality.

  3. In order to prevent corrosion of parts, no corrosion of any degree is allowed to precision parts. When the parts need to be parked for a period of time after cleaning, the anti-rust ability of the cleaning fluid or other anti-rust measures should be considered.

  4. Ensure the safety of operation, prevent fire or poisoning the human body and cause pollution to the environment.

  5. For DFP type high temperature and corrosion resistant centrifugal pumps with mechanical seals for shaft seals, when assembling the mechanical seal, it is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the cover of the machine. Before assembling, wipe the shaft surface and the end surface of the machine with a clean cloth. Ensure the cleanliness of the end face and the cleanliness of the contact surface during assembly and maintenance, so as to ensure the sealing performance of the pump and the service life of the pump.
