A. Classification of clean water pump:

        1. Self-priming clean water pump: The water source quality is good relative to the fixed working position. The suction pipe is stable within 3.5 meters.         2. The suction pipe should ensure a good seal.

        3. Submersible clean water pump: The water source has sufficient head and low water, which is suitable for irrigation with large amount of water in farmland orchards. As the submersible pump is placed in the water, the axial pushing water rises, and reducing the water output will increase the pump load. Therefore, do not install a valve in the outlet pipe of the submersible pump to prevent the motor from being burned out due to excessive resistance of the pump when the valve is turned off.

 

B. Correct operation of the clean water pump:

        1. Before using the clean water pump, it should be noted that the voltage is consistent and the power is safe. Because the clean water pump works in a humid environment, the leakage protection switch should be installed before the power switch.

        2. Do not move the pump while it is working. The bottom valve of the suction pipe is placed vertically into the water by 0.4 meters. 3. When the water quality is poor, a filter should be installed to prevent the debris from being sucked into the pump and affecting the operation of the pump.

 

C. Pump failure handling method:

        The clean water pump is a motor and a water pump integrated, and the fulcrum bearing of the motor rotor is a water pump bearing, which is a rigid power transmission to make the water pump impeller rotate the working pressure reducing valve. There is only a gap of 0.10-0.22 mm between the pump impeller and the vortex shell, and the debris sand easily traps the impeller, so that the rotor of the motor cannot rotate and malfunction. From the repair of the pump failure analysis, the motor rate accounted for more than 80% due to the impeller stuck. When the power switch is turned off, if the motor does not turn, the power should be turned off in time. When the motor is working, the rotating magnetic field is generated by the inductor, and the motor will not be damaged in a short time. You can use a screwdriver to remove the motor back cover and rotate the fan blade left and right until the back cover is flexibly replaced.
