Circulating Pump

11 Oct 2018Email

Definition
The circulating pump refers to a circulating fluid pump that transports, absorbs, separates, and regenerates the liquid in the device. Its lower head is only used to overcome the pressure drop of the circulatory system. A low lift pump can be used. The circulating pump refers to the function of the pump, and the centrifugal pump refers to the structure of the pump. Those two are completely two concepts. The working principle of the circulating pump is to circulate the water. For example, the hot water in the plumbing heating pipe is circulated by the circulating pump.

Device Characteristics
A pump for circulating fluids that transports, absorbs, separates, and regenerates the liquid in the device. A single stage centrifugal pump is generally used. The flow rate of the circulating pump is medium in size, and under steady operating conditions, the flow rate of the pump is relatively small. Its head is low and low, just to overcome the pressure drop of the circulatory system. A low lift pump can be used.

Classifications
1. Horizontal circulating pump can be divided into two categories, one is direct connection and the other is split type.
Model ISW is the typical one of direct connection which means the pump and the motor shares with one shaft.
Model IS is the typical one of split type which means the pump and the motor have to connected with the coupler.
2. Vertical circulating pump: Model GDL and CDLF are the typical ones. GDL is multistage inline pump and CDLF is made of stainless steel which is also the multistage inline pump.

Advantages
1. Stable operation: the absolute concentricity of the pump shaft and the excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure smooth operation and no vibration.
2. No leakage: different materials of hard alloy sealing, to ensure that no leakage of different media delivery.
3. Low noise: the pump under the support of two low-noise bearings, running smoothly, except for the weak sound of the motor, basically no noise.
4. Low failure rate: The structure is simple and reasonable, the key part adopts the international first-class quality matching, and the trouble-free working time of the whole machine is greatly improved.
5. Easy maintenance: replacement of seals, bearings, simple and convenient.
6. Space saver: small size and easy to transport.
