●Install the mechanical seal and tighten it, install the motor and the coupling, screw on the screw (not tightened) on the coupling, push the coupling including the pump shaft to the base, and then move it about 1mm in the opposite direction. Tighten the screws and note that the space between the two coupling blocks should be even.
●Tighten the set screw on the mechanical seal, rotate the coupling, and the shaft should rotate flexibly without jamming or looseness. The disassembly of the pump is carried out in the reverse order of the above steps.
