Full pool.

  2. Check and close the blower air inlet valve to avoid flushing water from entering the air pipe. Check whether the manual valve before and after the backwash lift pump and the water inlet valve of the pool that need to be flushed are unblocked.

   3. Close the air switch in the control cabinet.

2, switch the transfer switch to the manual position.

  3. Press the pump start button, the green indicator light will be on, and it will run normally after 8 seconds after the pressure drop is started.

Operation inspection and operation record of Backwash lift pump

   1. Check whether the sound and vibration of the backwash lift pump is normal, whether there is cavitation, whether the mechanical seal is leaking, and whether the flexible joint of the check valve is leaking. If the backwash pump is abnormal, stop using it and inspect it, report the problem to the leader on duty and notify the mechanics for maintenance.

  2. When the backwash lift pump is running, observe whether the current and water pressure are within the rated value. The water level of the backwash pool must meet the operation requirements of the backwash pump.

   3. Make corresponding records according to the operation log.

   Stop Backwash lift pump program

   1. Press the stop button and place the changeover switch in the stop position.
