A. When the drive shaft and the high-lift pump shaft, the drive shaft and the transmission shaft are connected by a coupling, the radial displacement, end clearance, and axis tilt of the two halves of the coupling should meet the requirements of the equipment technical file. When there is no regulation, it shall comply with the regulations of "General Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering".
B. When the drive shaft and the pump shaft are connected by a belt, the parallelism of the two shafts and the deviation of the two wheels shall meet the requirements of the "General Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering".
C. When the pumps driven by the steam turbine and the pumps (boiler feed pumps, hot oil pumps, cryogenic pumps, etc.) that transport high-temperature and low-temperature liquids are aligned at room temperature, the compensation values for their temperature changes should be reserved in accordance with the design regulations.
④ The installation of high-speed pumps or large-scale disintegrated pumps should measure the radial and end runout values of the rotor impeller, shaft sleeve, impeller seal ring, balance disc, journal and other main parts, and the allowable deviation should meet the requirements of the equipment and technical documents.
⑤The total radial clearance between the rotor part and the housing part should meet the requirements of the equipment technical document. The front and rear axial clearances of the impeller in the volute, and the axial dimensions of the segmented multistage pump are both It should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents; the thickness of the original gaskets between the planes of the multi-stage pump must not be changed. The axial gap between the high-temperature balance disc (drum) and the balance sleeve, the single-shell segmental pump should be 0.04~0.08mm, double casing pump should be 0.35~lmm; the total axial gap between thrust bearing and thrust plate, single casing segment pump should be 0.5~lmm, double casing pump should be 0.5 ~0.7mm. The centerline of the impeller outlet should be aligned with the centerline of the pump casing flow channel. When the balance plate and the balance plate are close to the multi-stage pump, the width of the impeller outlet Vl should be within the width of the guide vane inlet.
⑥ The back of the bearing bush of the sliding bearing of the centrifugal pump bearing should fit closely with the bearing bush, and its interference value should be in the range of 0.02~0.04mm; the top clearance and side clearance of the bearing bush and the journal should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents. The fit tolerance of the rolling bearing and the shaft and the bearing seat, the axial clearance between the rolling bearing and the end cover, the axial expansion clearance caused by the temperature of the medium, the radial clearance of the centripetal thrust bearing and its pre-tightening force should all be in accordance with the equipment The requirements of technical documents are checked and adjusted. When there is no regulation, it shall be implemented in accordance with the current national standard "General Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering".
⑦Assemble the packing seal The total radial clearance should meet the requirements of the equipment technical file. When there is no regulation, it should meet the requirements of Table 2-2. After the packing is compressed, the liquid inlet of the packing ring and the liquid seal pipe should be aligned or the packing ring should be slightly outward.
⑧ The gap and contact requirements of other mechanical seals, floating ring seals, labyrinth seals and other forms of shaft seals should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents. When there is no regulation, it shall comply with the regulations of "General Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering".
⑨ Rotor's axial movement. After the shaft seal is assembled, the rotating rotor should be flexible; the rotor's axial movement should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents. Pump casing assembly The inner and outer casings of the double-shell pump should be aligned in accordance with the equipment technical documents when assembling; the tension of the stud bolt tightening and the rotation angle of the nut should meet the design requirements.
⑩Inspection before test operation of centrifugal pump
A. The steering of the driver should match the steering of the centrifugal pump.
B. The steering of the pipeline pump and the coaxial pump should be ascertained.
C. The rotation direction of the canned motor pump should be checked.
D. There should be no looseness in the fixed connection parts.
E. The specification and quantity of lubricant added to each lubrication part should meet the requirements of the equipment technical document, and the parts with pre-lubrication requirements should be pre-lubricated according to the regulations.
