360m head high-pressure large-flow pump equipped with motor power parameters

What is the power of a 360m head high-pressure large-flow centrifugal pump equipped with a motor? What models are there? Specific parameters?

       There are many high-pressure large-flow pumps with a 360m head, and the motors equipped with power range from 200kw, 280kw, 800kw, 900kw, and 1600kw, depending on the flow conditions and other parameters. For example, the double-suction pump 250DK360 has a flow rate of 1100m³ / h, 305.5m³ / h, and a power of 1600kw. It is suitable for conveying clean water and other liquids similar to clean water: such as tap water.

       If you want to transport corrosive liquids such as brine, acid and alkaline liquids, you can use the stainless steel multi-stage pump DP600-60 × 6 self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump, the flow parameters are 600m³ / h, 166.67m³ / h, and the matching motor power It is 800kw, the efficiency is up to 82%, suitable for the chemical industry to transport corrosive liquids.

       The selection of the pump motor should be based on the shaft power; the motor power is greater than the shaft power by one grade; for example: the shaft power is 15KW, the selection motor should be: 18.5KW. As for the use of a few pole motor, it should be based on the actual working conditions. The 2-pole motor is generally used when the head is slightly high and the flow is not large (the calculation is more complicated). For small flow heads, a 4-pole motor can be selected. For large flow rate, choose a 4 or 6 pole motor for the lower head. When a six pole motor is selected, the power can be reduced by one level according to the shaft power.

      High-pressure large-flow pump motor power calculation method: P = pgQH / (n1n2)

      Where: P-motor power, W;
      p = density of water, p = 1000 kg / m ^ 3;
      g——gravity acceleration, g = 9.8m / s ^ 2;
      Q——Flow rate, m ^ 3 / s;
      H——head, m;
      n1——Water pump efficiency;
      n2——Motor efficiency.

      According to the structural classification, water pump motors should be divided into horizontal motors and vertical motors. Because the pump's working characteristics are relatively small starting torque, relatively low starting frequency, and relatively long continuous running time, the pump motor is mostly an asynchronous motor or a synchronous motor with a squirrel cage rotor.
