The working principle and structural diagram of Vertical Multistage Pump

22 Aug 2023Email

The Vertical Multistage Pump is also called the CDLF vertical multi -stage centrifugal pump. It uses standard vertical motors and fast -loading mechanical seals. It is very convenient to replace. The overcurrent parts of the pump are made of stainless steel (304 316). Suitable for mild corrosive media. The vertical multi -stage centrifugal pump is composed of the pump body rotor and the motor. The following is the principle and structure composition of vertical multi -level centrifugal pumps.

1、 Work principle of Vertical Multistage Pump work
The vertical multi -level centrifugal pump is working with the centrifugal force of the water by rotating the leaf rotation. When the stand -up multi -stage centrifugal pump motor drives the impeller on the shaft high -speed rotation, the liquid in the impeller is full of centrifugal force, and the liquid of the impeller shakes around the flow road between the leaves to the impeller. Since the liquid receives the leaves, The role of pressure and speed is increased at the same time. The impeller is led by the drainage of the guide shell. This is the principle that flows through all the impeller and the shell one by one to further increase the pressure energy of the liquid. After the impeller is superimposed step by step, you can get a certain raising.

2、Vertical Multistage Pump structure
The Vertical Multistage Pump structure is mainly composed of four parts: stator, rotor, bearing and shaft seal.
       1. The stator part is mainly composed of inhalation section, middle section, vomiting section, guideline, etc., and tightened each section with tight bolts to form a studio.
       2. The rotor part is mainly composed of shaft, impeller, balanced plate, and shaft cover. The shaft is passed to the impeller to make it work; the balance disk is used to balance the axial force; the two ends of the shaft are equipped with a replaceable shaft cover to protect the shaft.
       3. There are two types: rolling bearings and sliding bearings: rolling bearing is mainly composed of bearing, bearings, and bearing pressure caps, and oil lubrication is used. Sliding bearing is mainly composed of bearing, bearing cover, bearing, shaft tiles, dust dishes, oil level meters, oil rings, etc., and uses thin oil lubrication.
       4. The axis seal is sealed by the filler, which is mainly composed of the sealing letter, filling, and waterproof ring on the water inlet section and the filling letter.
