Oil pump installation's method

The multi-stage oil pump is a pump that is both lightweight and compact, and proposes an oil pump having an outer casing made of an aluminum-containing material and a movable molding member disposed in the outer casing, wherein the movable mold The article is at least partially made of a sinterable material comprising at least one austenitic iron-based alloy, and wherein the molded part made of a sinterable material has at least one outer casing Thermal expansion coefficient of 60% thermal expansion coefficient.

 

First, the installation method and sequence of the oil pump:

1. Place the unit on the foundation with the anchor bolts embedded, and use the pair of wedge pads for calibration between the base and the foundation.

2. Loosen the coupling shaft and place it on the pump shaft and base with the level meter. Adjust the wedge level, adjust the level of the unit, and properly tighten the anchor bolts to prevent movement.

3. Correct the concentricity of the pump shaft and the oil pump motor shaft. The tolerance is 0.1 mm on the outer circumference of the coupling shaft. The clearance between the planes of the two couplings should be 2 to 4 mm. (The small pump takes a small value) The tolerance is 0.3 mm.

4. After connecting the pipeline and determining the direction of rotation of the motor, connect the coupling and check the concentric square of the shaft.

5. After 2 to 3 hours of actual test operation of the unit, make a final inspection. If there is no adverse phenomenon, the installation is considered qualified. Check the bearing temperature and vibration during the trial run as follows:

6. During the installation process, in order to prevent debris from falling into the machine, all the holes of the unit should be covered.

7. In order to prevent the impurities in the pipeline from entering the pump, for the newly installed pipeline, the filter should be installed in the pump rubber, and the effective section should be 2 to 3 times larger than the section of the suction pipe.

 

Second, tips in the process of installing the oil pump:

1. The installation of the oil pump has a very important impact on the smooth operation and service life of the pump, so the installation and calibration work must be carried out carefully and should not be sloppy.

2. The installation height, length and pipe diameter of the oil pump suction pipe should meet the calculated value, strive to be short, reduce unnecessary losses (such as elbows, etc.); and ensure that the pump does not exceed its allowable NPSH when it is working.

3. The suction and discharge lines of the oil pump should have a bracket. The pump is not allowed to withstand the load on the pipeline.

4. The location of the oil pump should be spacious enough to facilitate maintenance.
