Winter maintenance of high-lift sewage pump
Winter maintenance of high-lift sewage pump
(1) Check the high-lift sewage pump pipeline and joints for looseness. Turn the sewage pump by hand to see if the high-lift sewage pump is flexible.
(2) Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil standard, and the lubricant should be replaced or replenished in time.
Winter maintenance of high-lift sewage pump
(3) Unscrew the water diversion screw plug of the sewage pump body, and pour water diversion (or slurry). Self-priming sewage pump
(4) Close the gate valve of the outlet pipe, the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum gauge.
(5) Jog the motor, and try to see if the rotation of the motor is correct.
(6) Turn on the motor. When the sewage pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump to see the proper pressure, then gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load.
(7) Try to control the flow and head of the sewage pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the sewage pump runs at the highest efficiency point in order to obtain the greatest energy saving effect.
(8) During the operation of the sewage pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80℃.
(9) If abnormal sound is found in the sewage pump, stop immediately and check the cause.
(10) To stop using the sewage pump, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
(11) In the first month of operation, the sewage pump shall change the lubricating oil after 100 hours, and then change the oil once every 500 hours.
(12) Adjust the packing gland frequently to ensure that the dripping in the packing chamber is normal (it is better to leak out as drips).
(13) Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve, and replace it in time when the wear is large.
(14) When the sewage pump is used in the cold winter season, after stopping, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the pump body to drain the medium. Prevent freezing and cracking.
(15) If the sewage pump is out of service for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble all the pumps, wipe off the water, and coat the rotating parts and joints with grease and install them.
2, how to prevent the high-lift sewage pump from freezing?
It is common for water pumps to freeze, especially in northern areas. It is easy to freeze in winter. In view of this situation, we have summarized the following measures to maintain the pump. The following six points are the precautions for water pumps in winter. More maintenance is required to prevent freezing and cracking of the water pump and shorten the service life of the water pump.
1. Empty the water in the pump and add water when using it. Prevent the water pump from freezing and cracking.
2. If the water pump freezes, use hot water or boiling water to pour the ice into the water pump. Or heating the water pump housing.
3. Use downhole pumps. Put the water pump into the well. Generally, the downhole pump is deep from the ground and will not freeze.
4. Use heat preservation type water pump. Add steam or hot water to the insulation layer. Freeze with waterproof pump.
5. Non-self-priming centrifugal pump is used. When using, just add water.
6. Place the pump in a normal temperature environment. Below zero is fine.
