The correct operation steps of the pump
A. Preparation before starting:
1. Open the exhaust valve to fill the entire pump body, and close the exhaust valve when it is full.
2. Jog the motor to see if the test motor is turning correctly. (with the direction indicated on the pump body)
3. Check that all parts are normal;
4. The high temperature type should be preheated first, and the heating rate is 50 °C / hour to ensure that the components are evenly heated.
B. Start:
1. Close the pump outlet valve;
2. Fully open pump inlet valve;
3. Start the motor and observe if the pump is running normally;
4. Adjust the outlet valve opening to the required working conditions. If the user installs a flow meter or pressure gauge at the pump outlet, the pump should be operated at the rated point listed in the performance parameter table by adjusting the outlet valve opening degree, such as the user. When there is no flow meter or pressure gauge at the pump outlet, the opening of the outlet valve should be adjusted; the motor current of the pump should be measured to make the motor run within the rated current, otherwise the pump will be overloaded (ie, the high current will run, Motor burnout) The adjusted outlet valve opening is related to the large and small pipeline conditions;
5. Check the leakage of the shaft seal. The leakage of the mechanical seal should be less than 3 drops/min under normal conditions;
6. Check the motor and the temperature rise of the bearing is ≤35°C.
C. Downtime:
1. Close the outlet line valve;
2. Cut off the power supply;
3. Close the inlet line valve;
4. If the vehicle is parked for a long time, the liquid in the pump should be drained.
