The basic operation of DG type industrial boiler feed water pump start and stop

 

 

  1, DG type industrial boiler feed water pump check before starting:

 

  (1) Check that all meters are complete and the primary valve is open.

 

   (2) Check that the backrest wheel cover should be complete, firmly fixed, and there is no jamming of the rotating rotor.

 

  (3) DG type industrial boiler feed water pump bearing oil level is above 1/2, and the oil quality is good.

 

  (4) The cooling water of the feed water pump bearing is unblocked.

 

  (5) The feed water pump inlet door is opened, the recirculation door is opened, and the electric outlet door is closed.

 

  (6) The inlet and outlet pipes of the feed water pump discharge water.

 

  (7) The insulation of the feed water pump motor is qualified.

  2, DG type industrial boiler feed water pump heat pump:

 

   (1) Shun warm: gradually open the inlet door of the feed water pump, and properly open the water discharge door in front of the outlet electric door, paying attention to the temperature rise of the pump.

 

   (2) Warm up the pump for no less than 1 hour before starting the cold pump. When the temperature of the pump body is close to the water temperature and the temperature difference between the upper and lower casings of the pump is less than 15°C, the warming of the pump ends and the drain door is closed.

 

  (3) When the temperature difference between the outlet side of the pump and the feed water temperature is <20℃, the temperature of the upper and lower parts of the pump body is uniform, and the temperature difference is <15℃, it can be started.

 

 

 

  3, DG type industrial boiler feed water pump start operation:

 

  (1) Close the feedwater pump switch, check that the current, inlet and outlet pressure, and balance plate pressure are normal, and the bearing vibration meets the requirements. Open the electric door of the water supply pump, pay attention to the pressure of the water supply pipe, and close the recirculation door of the water pump in time.

 

   (2) Make a comprehensive inspection of the feed water pump.

 

  (3) Turn on the feedwater pump interlock switch.

 

  (4) Put in the feed water low water pressure interlock.

 

 

 

  4, DG type industrial boiler feed water pump out of service operation:

 

   (1) After receiving the command to stop the operation of the feedwater pump, contact the central control.

 

  (2) Open the recirculation door of the feed water pump.

 

   (3) Cut off the interlock switch of the feed water pump.

 

  (4) Close the electric door at the outlet of the feed water pump, pay attention to the current and outlet pressure.

 

  (5) Stop the feed water pump, pay attention to the pressure of the high-pressure feed water pipe, and pay attention to the idle time.

 

  (6) For standby, operate the feedwater pump to standby.

 

 

 

  5, DG type industrial boiler feed water pump spare:

 

  (1) The inlet door of the feedwater pump, the electric outlet door are closed, and the recirculation door is opened.

 

   (2) The bearing cooling water door is opened and the bearing oil level is normal.

 

   (3) The standby feed water pump interlock is put into the "linkage" position.

 

 

 

   6, DG type industrial boiler feed water pump operation and maintenance:

 

  (1) The feedwater pump bearing oil level is normal, the oil quality is good, the bearing temperature is ≤70℃, and the bearing vibration is less than 0.06mm.

 

   (2) Run the feed water pump current, inlet, outlet, and balance plate pressure should be normal.

 

  (3) The filling cooling water of the feed water pump is sufficient and the temperature is normal.

 

  (4) The standby feedwater pump is in a good standby state, and the recirculation door is opened.

 

  (5) When the flow of the feed water pump decreases, the recirculation door should be opened appropriately to prevent the pump from vaporizing.

 

  (6) When the pressure of the feed water pipe is low, the standby pump should be started immediately.

 

 

 

  7. Periodic switching and trial operation of the feedwater pump: Periodic switching or trial operation of the feedwater pump must be carried out under long-term supervision.

 

   (1) Check that the standby feed water pump is in good standby condition.

 

  (2) Fully open the recirculation door and close the electric door of the feed water pump.

 

   (3) Start the trial run of the feed water pump.

 

  (4) Check that the feedwater pump current, outlet pressure, balance plate pressure, bearing vibration, and temperature should be normal.

 

  (5) Open the electric door of the feed water pump.

 

  (6) Everything is normal, stop the other pump after 10 minutes of operation.

 

  (7) will stop the operation of the feedwater pump to the standby state.

 

  (8) Turn the interlock switch to the "interlock" position.

 

  (9) Use the same method to test other standby feedwater pumps.
