The adjustment of the impeller of the flue gas desulfurization and denitration pump and the maintenance of the shaft seal

Adjustment of the impeller of the flue gas desulfurization and denitration pump:

In order to ensure the efficient operation of the desulfurization and denitrification pump, it is necessary to adjust the gap between the impeller and the front guard in time, stop the pump when adjusting the impeller gap, loosen the bolts that press the bearing box, loosen the adjusting nut, and move the bearing assembly forward. The hand-rotating shaft rotates according to the direction of rotation of the pump until the impeller rubs against the front guard plate, and then uses the adjusting bolt to move the rotor backward, and note the movement gap between the front and rear guard plates of the impeller, to reach the impeller and the front guard plate. , Tighten the two dust-proof disks until the gap between the rear guard plates is equal, and fasten them on the shaft. After adjustment, before restarting, check whether the impeller rotates normally and whether the bearing assembly compression bolts are tightened, and then start the pump.

Bearing lubrication of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification pump:

When the bearing assembly is assembled, if the assembly is correct, the lubricant is appropriate, and the maintenance is timely, the transportation life will be longer. The maintenance personnel should regularly inspect the bearing assembly, check the condition of the bearing and the lubricant, and regularly add or replace the lubricant during operation. The interval time and the amount of injection are related to many factors such as the speed of the pump, bearing specifications, continuous working time, the number of pump stops, the surrounding environment and operating temperature. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually accumulate experience and add lubricating oil in a reasonable and timely manner.

Maintenance of shaft seal of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification pump:

Packing shaft seal pumps should regularly check the sealing water pressure and water volume, and always keep a small amount of clean water flowing along the shaft. Regularly adjust the packing gland, check the packing and regularly replace the packing. The shaft seal water pressure and the shaft seal water volume should meet the above ( Shaft seal inspection) requirements.
