Steps for single test of high efficiency and energy saving self-balancing multistage centrifugal pump
Steps for single test of high efficiency and energy saving self-balancing multistage centrifugal pump
After the installation of the high-efficiency and energy-saving self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump unit and its accessories, a stand-alone test is required. The pump runs for 2 hours on a stand-alone basis. If possible, a load test is carried out.
Steps for single test of high efficiency and energy saving self-balancing multistage centrifugal pump
The single machine test of the high-efficiency energy-saving self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump is carried out according to the following methods and steps:
1. Check whether the power distribution cabinet meets the requirements and whether the motor wiring terminals meet the product requirements.
2. Remove the key of the motor and water pump coupling to separate the motor from the water pump.
3. Test the motor and check whether the steering and sound are normal.
4. Connect the motor and the water pump with a key, crank the car manually, and check if there is noise when the water pump is rotating.
5. Carry out a spot test on the water pump unit. When there is no water in the water pump, it is not easy to start the water pump for a long time, so as not to damage the bearings of the water pump.
6. Close the outlet valve of the water pump, open the inlet valve, and remove the air in the pump. Start the water pump unit, observe the value of the pressure gauge on the pipeline, and adjust the gate valve of the test pipeline to control the pipeline pressure so that the pipeline pressure reaches the pressure value of the normal operation of the pump.
7. Observe the starting pressure value of the safety valve and adjust the safety valve so that the starting pressure value of the safety valve is 1.1 times the working pressure value of the water pump.
8. Check the valves, pipe fittings, and welds for leakage.
