   Fluoroplastic materials are also commonly used in high temperature resistant chemical pumps. The ihf type fluoroplastic centrifugal pump is a typical representative. The high temperature resistant fluoroplastic chemical pump consists of two parts: a water pump and a submersible motor. The pump uses single-stage and multi-stage centrifugal (mixed flow or axial flow) impellers and guide vanes. The impeller is connected to the pump shaft with a taper sleeve or key. The submersible motor is a structural form, which is mainly composed of a casing, a stator, a rotor, upper and lower bearing seats and other components. In this structural form, the bearing adopts a rolling bearing, which is lubricated with water-resistant grease and sealed with a skeleton oil seal. The motors of the same structure are all water-filled submersible motors. The stator winding adopts insulating sheath and water-resistant electromagnetic wire. The surface of the stator and rotor is coated with water-resistant anti-corrosion paint. The motor shaft extension end has an oil seal and a sand thrower to prevent sand particles from entering the body. . When the high temperature resistant fluoroplastic chemical pump is connected to 380V three-phase alternating current, the stator winding generates a rotating magnetic field, which makes the motor rotor rotate and drives the impeller to rotate, so that the impeller does work on the water, and the water passing through the impeller is sent through the guide vane body and the outlet pipe. To the required height.

 

 

 

  Precautions for the use of high temperature resistant fluoroplastic chemical pumps

 

   1. The disassembly of the mechanical seal must be very careful. Do not knock with iron, hand hammer or hard objects, so as not to damage the dynamic and static ring sealing surfaces, thereby affecting the sealing performance.

 

   2. The general chemical centrifugal pump mechanical seal is only suitable for use in clean, non-suspended particles. Therefore, the pipeline and reservoir should be carefully flushed to prevent solid impurities from entering the end face of the mechanical seal and causing the seal to fail.

 

   3. If the medium is easy to crystallize, it should be washed frequently when using mechanical seals. Before restarting after stopping, dissolve or clean the crystals on the mechanical seal.

 

  4. Pay attention to eliminate deviation during assembly. When tightening screws, they should be evenly tightened to avoid deflection and failure of mechanical seal performance.

 

   5. If there is dirt that cannot be removed, try to remove the dirt and rinse it before removing it to avoid damage to the sealing element.

 

   6. For mechanical seals with external flushing, the flushing fluid should be opened before starting to fill the seal cavity with sealing fluid. When stopping, stop the pump first, and then close the seal flushing fluid.

 

   7. Strictly check the relative friction sealing surface of the moving ring and the static ring, and no minor scratches, bumps and other defects are allowed. The end surfaces of the moving and static rings should be carefully wiped with a clean, soft cloth or cotton yarn, and then coated with a layer of clean grease or oil.

 

  1. Correctly adjust the compression amount of the spring yellow. After the high temperature resistant fluoroplastic chemical pump is installed, when you pull the rotor by hand, you should feel that the sealing spring has a certain amount of compression, and it can rotate lightly and flexibly without biting. The feeling of tightness. If it feels too tight or does not move, you should loosen it appropriately.
