The single-stage centrifugal pump includes a pump body, a pump cover, an electric motor with an output shaft, a pump shaft, a bearing housing, an impeller, a mechanical seal and a machine gland mounted in the pump body, and is characterized in that it further comprises a motor output shaft. a clip-on coupling disposed between the pump shaft and a guide bearing mounted on the bearing housing to assist in supporting the pump shaft; the clip-on coupling is rigidly connected to the motor output shaft and the pump shaft, respectively There is a space between the motor output shaft and the pump shaft to facilitate mechanical seal and machine seal gland assembly and disassembly. There is no need to disassemble the motor and the pump cover when servicing or replacing the mechanical seal.
According to the installation position of the motor, it is divided into: horizontal single-stage pump and vertical single-stage pump. Generally, the typical horizontal single-stage pumps are IS type, IR type, IY type, etc. The vertical single stage pump is represented by ISG type.
According to the suction channel, it can be divided into: single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump and single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump. The single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump is represented by the IS type, and the single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump is represented by the S type.
