The sh split case pump is a single-stage, double-suction, large-flow volute centrifugal pump with an axially split pump casing. It has the characteristics of long life, high efficiency, reasonable structure, low operating cost, and convenient installation and maintenance. The suction port and discharge port of the SH split pump are below the axis of the water pump, and the horizontal direction is vertical to the axis. The pump casing is opened in the middle. There is no need to disassemble the inlet water during maintenance. It is suitable for pumping clean water or other liquids whose physical and chemical properties are similar to water (neutral or weakly corrosive liquid with trace particles). It is suitable for urban water supply, large-scale water conservancy projects, farmland irrigation, waterlogging, drainage pumping stations, power stations, mines, industrial water supply systems, air conditioning systems, fire fighting systems, shipbuilding industry, and general use in the oil refining industry.

The suction port and discharge port of the SH type single-stage double-suction large-flow centrifugal pump are both below the axis of the pump, and are perpendicular to the axis. There is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet water pipes and motors during maintenance. Seen from the direction of rotation, the water pump rotates in a clockwise direction (according to user needs, it can also be changed to rotate in a counterclockwise direction).

The main parts of sh double-suction split pump are: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double-suction sealing ring, shaft sleeve, etc.

The pump body and the pump cover constitute the working chamber of the impeller, and the pipe screw holes for installing the vacuum gauge and the pressure gauge are made on the inlet and outlet flanges. The lower part of the water inlet and outlet flange is provided with pipe screw holes for water discharge.

The impeller that has undergone static balance verification is fixed on the shaft with sleeve nuts on both sides of the sleeve, and its axial position can be adjusted by the sleeve nuts.

The pump shaft is supported by two single-row radial ball bearings. The bearing is installed in the bearing body, installed at both ends of the pump body, and lubricated with butter.

The double-suction seal ring is used to reduce the water leakage from the pressure chamber of the water pump back to the suction chamber.

The pump is directly driven by an electric motor through an elastic coupling. It can also be driven by an internal combustion engine when necessary.

The shaft seal is a soft packing seal (mechanical seal structure can be used according to user needs).
